I have had two spinal surgeries, another coming, and this pillow has helped me. I am able to get into a deep sleep and stay asleep most nights. I am able to relax muscles I normally cannot with just using traditional pillows. I have bought SO MANY pillows over the yrs. I did get a pillow on here back in 2020, and I LOVE it. Even with that great adjustable pillow, my spine was still giving me many issues and not getting a good sleep due to the pain, shifting all night long.
So, after eying these for a couple yrs. I finally got one while it was on sale - huge bonus! lol
This was going to be a Xmas gift from my daughter. Xmas night I was so geeked to open it up! There was no chemical smell and it is super soft. Let’s just say, this is now what I use daily. I am a side sleeper, and having a pillow between my legs when I sleep is a must. It is the only way I can relieve the stress to my lower back/lumbar/hips. My SI joints which are broke… side sleeping with a pillow is the only way I can lower my pain in that area. So again, this design gives me that and gives support when in my sleeping position. I literally can feel muscles relax that normal did not before using this product. This pillow is GREAT for those that have back issues, hip issues, and ofc.. pregnant.
My only complaint would be I wish the shorter side had more filling. I may upgrade to one made with a memory foam mixture ( if that is even a thing on these).
