Awesome But Big
You probably want this knife because you believe in Kershaw knives. Carrying this knife is like carrying a .45 caliber pistol. Personally, I like .38 auto which is smaller than 9mm. In other words, I think this knife is too big for me. It feels good in the hand, but it’s too big in my pocket. The weight is pretty good. The grip is not my favorite.I think 4 grams is probably the perfect weight. This knife is over 5 grams which is probably OK. It doesn’t bother me. 2.3 grams is too light.I’m happy it’s part of my collection, but it’s not a perfect fit for me.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not happy
Reviewed in the United States on April 23, 2021
I was very much looking forward to this knife but spotted a few issues shortly after opening the box:

- The handle had a 5mm spot where the texture had been flattened and as a result, quite noticeable when you look at the knife.
- The blade was very very dull and was unable to even cut a piece of A4 printer paper cleanly. All cuts would tear unlike my swiss knifes, kiridashi's, leathermans and other pocket knives which cut well out of the factory.
- I tried stropping the blade and it did improved a bit but still far short of what I felt it it should be. I am not sure if I got a bad apple or all these knives are like that if they have working finishes and uneven bevels.

Overall, this knife has a lovely design but I am not happy with my sample. If it was reasonably sharp, evenly beveled, and the handle was not blemished, would have given it 5 stars.
