Product Description
Make your subwoofer or active speakers wireless with Amphony's wireless subwoofer kit. Eliminate messy speaker cables in your room. This kit includes a wireless stereo transmitter and wireless stereo receiver.
The transmitter sends audio up to 200 feet (50 feet indoors) even through walls and ceilings. You'll get true CD quality with uncompressed better-than-Bluetooth digital wireless audio. The large frequency response allows you to connect full-frequency speakers.
Both transmitter and receiver measure 2.6" x 2.3" x 1.1" only and easily hide away.
The wireless transmission employs advanced adaptive frequency hopping. It avoids frequency channels occupied by other wireless devices and is highly robust against wireless interference.
The transmitter can send 2 audio channels to up to 4 wireless receivers. By using multiple transmitters you can create several audio zones in your house.

My transmitter is about 22 ft from my receiver. It works well but is sensitive to placement of both. Line of site is kind of important, and proximity to other electronic devices can impact performance. I very occasionally get dropouts for about a second. That usually happens when someone slides the transmitter behind the TV to hid it.
My biggest complaint is the brightness of the LED status lights on the top of each. They are really bright and distracting.
The transmitter is on top of my TV console. It failed miserably when it was inside the cabinet and in close proximity to my Tivo, Roku, and network router. I got a lot of dropouts until I moved it to the top of the cabinet.
The receiver is on the lower shelf of a end table sitting on top of a subwoofer.
The TV seems to block transmission quality when the receiver is behind it. If the receiver is out in front it works well.
The one problem is that the receiver output has a couple of volts DC on top of it, which looks like the result of operating with a single ended output device without a coupling capacitor to block DC. This is fine as long as your amplifier has a blocking capacitor at the input, but otherwise your amp will be dealing with a big DC input voltage and maybe even trying to output that voltage, which would push woofers to their limit, to say the least. For that flaw, only 4 stars!
Follow-up 12-19-21 I've gone back and measured the output of this device again, based on some other reviews discussing possible limits to its maximum input and output signal voltages. Here's the thing, the maximum input voltage it can handle is 1.0 v rms. After that the output signal begins to clip. This could be a problem because many setups will use input voltages up to 2 volts or more. The distortion if you exceed the 1 volt input limit would be quite severe.
Secondly, other reviews include discussions of the time delay this device puts into the system. I measured it and it is a big 31.3 msec between an input and an output signal. This could be a problem if you're trying to time align your woofer/subwoofer, or at least your AV receiver would have to be able to compensate for this large signal delay. For what its worth, the output signal is also inverted, although that probably hardly matters with a 31 msec delay!
It's 2.4GHZ and its getting noise from Wifi and the other 90,000 things in the 2.4GHZ range. It's a low volume noise only audible when nothing is playing but it's there. Range is short, anything metal really cuts it down. I'm 16 feet away and its glitching out once in a while. it's ok for what I am using it for, sending audio out to the patio.
I would not use this for rear surround as the low level noise will always be heard during quiet parts of a movie.
Pretty easy to use, Just plug in. They are "paired" out of the box. Sadly there are not a lot of options for these things, and I wish it was not 2.4Ghz.
I don't really need line of sight in my setup - the tx and rx units are 25 feet apart and one is inside a plywood cabinet. Not getting any drops frankly - I tested for this. There is no TV though, only a far away overhead projector, maybe that's one reason that interference is less and it's working well even without line of sight.
Looks cheap sure, but not thaaaaat cheap - based on the reviews I was expecting it to be made of cardboard and duct tape. It's better than that. Don't know how long it will last but I hope it does because it's awesome.
Note - sub stays on all the time though.

2. LED leuchtet ständig.
3. Subwoofer geht nicht in Standby
