About this item
- Speed and Versatility. Vittoria Terreno Dry tire bridges the gap between file treads, and traditional all-conditions treads. The key to this is the unique angled “fish scale” design.
- The "fish scale design" allows the center tread to roll extremely fast, yet offer traction when loaded in cornering and braking. The "fish scales" stand up and provide a tremendous bite in dry terrain.
- Add the transitional height mid and side tread, and the Terreno Dry transitions as smoothly as it rolls. From gravel grinding to medium conditions cross racing, the Terreno Dry offers consistent performance.
- The final product is a cyclocross tire with a tread that performs unlike any other. With the the versatility of the scale design, the Terreno Dry provides performance, in a range of dry terrain.
- Vittoria is the official tire of USA Cycling. Tire choice of professional riders in the peloton. Winner of Tour de France, Giro d’Italia, Vuelta a España, Classics, World Championships, European Championships and Olympic Games.

They feel fast on dirt. I was riding fast road tires previously and could tell these were a little slower, but on my fourth ride the tires started to feel fast. They feel great on hardback and do really well on gravel considering their size. I like the profile of the tire because it is squarish instead of roundish, and it seems to be better for the softer stuff. Dry good grip.
One more thing; They hold air really well. I've had other tubeless tires (especially road tires) that loose air in just a few days. These do lose a little air after a few dais, but they are so far the best at holding air that I have experienced

Great choice in Gravel tire that I use on my road bike for increased confidence on the fast Colorado descents.
They do fit a bit large, but that depends upon the internal rim width so all of you that are confused on the subject take note.... it will be a different size on each rim you mount it on.
Love these tires!

I rode on my previous tires for around 2 years and never knowingly had a puncture on them. I swapped the tires more because I wanted something new than my existing tires needed replacing. Most of my riding is my commute to work which is all on pavement and over the last 9 months/3,000km I've had at least 4 punctures on my commute where I could see sealant coming out of the tires. Also on my rear tire the centre treads have become totally smooth. These are relatively expensive tires so I'd expect more life out of them but I've already ordered a different replacement tire for the rear because it feels like the rear tire could become unusable at any time.
