First off, this product is extremely messy. If you plan to use it, wear gloves and anything you don’t mind ruining, use a cheap caulk gun that you don’t mind losing, tape off and protect the WHOLE floor surrounding the areas you’re working on.It started off relatively simple with simple instructions. I drilled holes and started using the caulk gun as stated. Shortly after starting, you could hear the epoxy also coming out the backside of the tube (this happened with both tubes and I have seen many other reviews stating this issue). But not a big deal other than the stuff is practically impossible to remove and clean from whatever it touches. After inserting the epoxy, the wood sounded nice and solid. Looked good for about 5 hours then I went to bed. When I woke up in the morning, it had oozed out of every single hole.. luckily it hadn’t completely hardened. But as I mentioned this stuff is still extremely difficult to remove. After a long time of attempting to cleanup I decided to tape the holes shut in hopes that it wouldn’t ooze out or create popping issues because of the expansion. Luckily that worked, but I still have remnants of this stuff on my floor where it oozed out. This is mentioned nowhere on the instructions, and I have found other people that had these exact results. I will go to another product next time because this stuff is a huge pain overall

1.0 out of 5 stars HORRIBLE PRODUCT
Reviewed in the United States on August 9, 2021
I am so pissed off that I am forced to leave this review for other shoppers!

About the seller Best Tile Repair Adhesives Co.: the tubes came without the injecting nozzles, so they were USELESS. Luckily, a manager from Home Depot allowed me to take a nozzle from one of their tubes.

About the product: IT SUCKS! I carefully followed the directions from their website, and the following morning, the polyurethane had OOZED out of the holes, staining my bamboo floor (see pics). Luckily, it had not hardened and I was able to scrape it off (I didn't take pictures because I panicked and I rushed to clean it up). It seemed as if the product expanded like a two-part epoxy. Not to mention how messy and difficult it is to clean up. And you WILL NOT be able to save your caulking gun, since the product WILL leak from behind as the plunger tries to push the product out of the tube. MORE MESS TO DEAL WITH. And If you decide to try this out, WEAR GLOVES!

I ended up applying DriTac Professional Wood Repair Adhesive using a 100ml syringe with a 12ga blunt tip and it worked perfectly. Easy to apply, since DriTac is not as viscous as this crap, it does not expand after application, and cleans up very easily with a damp cloth. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
